We do not knowingly collect special personal information (such as health, religious, or financial account details) through this website. Please do not send us such information through the contact form.
3. How we use your information

4. Our lawful basis for processing
Under POPIA, we process your personal information on one or more of the following grounds: your consent (for example, when you subscribe to the newsletter); to take steps at your request or perform a service you have asked for (for example, a booking or an enquiry); our legitimate interests in running and improving the website; and compliance with the law. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 8).
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand site usage. Where we use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, they may set their own cookies and process data on our behalf. For details and how to control cookies, please read our Cookie Policy.
6. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers (operators) who help us run the site and our services, and only to the extent they need it. These may include:

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.
7. International transfers
Some of the service providers above are located outside South Africa, which means your information may be processed in other countries. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a level of protection consistent with POPIA.
8. Your rights
Subject to POPIA, you have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it;

10. How we protect your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.
